Light in Oil

The Secret Dark Spot That Doubles the Life of an Oil

I’ll be honest — for years I kept my natural perfume oils lined up on my dresser like trophies. The glass bottles looked so pretty catching the sunlight. But one day I learned my mistake: light quietly breaks down natural ingredients.

Now I do something completely different — I give my oils a dark, cool home. The difference is huge:

Scents stay brighter and fresher.
The colors stay richer instead of fading.

Oils last almost twice as long as they did sitting out.

It’s the simplest habit change, but it feels like discovering a hidden trick. By hiding them from the sun, I’m actually protecting the delicate molecules that make each blend unique.

If you’ve invested in quality natural oils, don’t let light rob you of their beauty. Give them a dark corner and watch them glow  every time you open the bottle.

Until next time.
